We have always thought of ourselves as responsible, and maybe even frugal insurance customers.  We don’t buy things we don’t plan to use, and, following Dave Ramsey’s advice, we made sure we were reasonably well-insured. But we were wrong.  And it had cost us money.  Now, we are saving almost $1,000/year more – without losing any of the insurance we need.  And we’re receiving a bonus check to boot!  Here’s what we did….
